Our compensation plan is structured like none other

Initial Split 50%

After 4 transactions (solo deals, referrals, passes) you get a 5% bump up, and every 4 deals you bump up another 5% until you max out at 70%

Become a Real Estate Agent in Manhattan

In addition to having access to every property in Manhattan, a newly licensed real estate agent in our firm will have an opportunity to earn commission within the first week. We provide daily and weekly training sessions by our expert staff as well as step-by-step guidance with each of your transactions from start to finish. Whether it’s commercial, residential, sales, or leasing, our agents have the freedom of choosing an area of specialization.

A FEW QUESTIONS YOU SHOULD ASK YOURSELF BEFORE RESPONDING

1. Can you work full-time (40+ hours per week)?

2. Do you have a real estate license? If not, are you willing to take a State required 75 hour class (aprox $350) to obtain a NYS license?

3. Do you have any transferable skills and/or experience? If so, please describe.

4. Are you willing and committed to working solely on commission if we can show you how to make upwards of 100k in your first year?

5. Describe your personality. Do you have a strong desire to win?

Compensation: Compensation: Initial Split 50/50-->after 4 deals 5% increase(55%)->another 4 deals 5% more increase(60%)->and so on until you max out at 70%
